How are our custom LED neon signs made?

Custom neon indoor signs are handcrafted to approved designs using LED flex on acrylic backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic. Our outdoor sign series is manufactured with high quality LED lights that are fully enclosed acrylic and are IP67 waterproof. Our indoor and outdoor signs are free of breakable glass, neon gas and mercury.

How much does a cusotm LED neon sign cost?

Our handmade neon LED signs, lamps and wall decorations are affordable and very competitively priced! In addition to our competitive prices, our experienced team will take care of everything from the design stage to delivery. We also offer unparalleled customer service, right down to aftercare.

How long will it take to receive my custom LED neon sign?

Custom LED Neon Signs are made by hand, so there is a production time for each order. Maximum processing time is 5 weeks, and most customers receive their custom neon orders within 3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in some countries.

If you are in a hurry, we will manufacture and ship it within 2 to 3 weeks from your order.

If we can't deliver your order within 3 weeks, we'll refund the difference between the standard and express shipping costs.

Are your custom LED neon signs battery operated or do they plug in?

Most of our custom neon signs plug into outlets. We offer battery pack options for small signs, lights and lamps. Contact us to see if your custom design is suitable for a battery pack.

Most custom neon products come with a 1.5m clear cable that connects to a AU certified power supply. The adapter has an extra 1.5m of black cord that plugs into an electrical outlet. A free remote control and dimmer will be automatically added to your order at checkout.
